I completed my 200 hour Hatha/Vinyasa Training at Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico. Additionally, I completed a 21 hour Restorative yoga teaching training at Yoga Garden SF in San Francisco.
My teaching style is flowy, with an emphasis on breath and alignment. I enjoy teaching slow, strong flows, with a restorative poses incorporated at the end of the class.
Yoga has helped my heal old injuries, calm my overactive mind, and learned to lvoe my body.
I offer meditation sessions and 1:1 yoga classes in person and over video call. Everyone should have access to yoga, so all of my classes are a very affordable price.
